SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All the products are shipped from Paris, where we make them. We will use Happy Post to find the best option for delivery. It may take between 2 or 5 days in Europe and 2 or 3 weeks out of Europe. We can't guarantee those dates are applicable for all the cases. in COVID19 context shipping dates may variate. 

Our packaging respects the environment and we uphold sustainable practices. We use recycled material boxes or envelopes, recycled handmade labels, and kraft paper to package your purchases.

Return / Exchange & Refund Policy

Did you change your mind and you don't want to keep the piece? It is not the right size or not what you expected? Would you like to change, return, or receive a refund?

Don't worry, we thought about all the possible situations. We hope those Return/Exchange & Refund Policies sounds fair for you too: 

 

  • You can return a product for up to 20 days from the date you purchased it.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

  • We would ask you to take care of the shipping cost, Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We would love to have you next, this is why if your expectations were not fulfill we will give you 25% of discount for the next purchase valid for 1 year. Requests must be done by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
